This lovely couple have been engaged for a little over a year. They fell in love after meeting on Tinder 5 years ago. Chanelle initially thought they were just going to be friends, but Mark was persistent and it paid off! They soon fell deeply in love and have been going strong ever since.
Mark proposed to Chanelle when they celebrated their 4th anniversary.

They wanted to keep things simple and decided to have a small civil ceremony and a reception after at my house. This was to be a very intimate ceremony, with immediate family only.
They arrived at the County Recorders Office in Sacramento and got their marriage license.
Civil ceremonies are held at the County Recorders Office. This is the ceremony room at the downtown location.

I was so honored to have been a part of this incredible day. I'm so proud of Mark and Chanelle and how they love and respect each other. I wish them many, many years of happiness.
